4.3. Time Bound Delivery of Services

To ensure Right of Citizens for Time Bound Delivery of Goods and Services, “the Right of Citizens for Time-bound Delivery of Goods and Services and Redressal of their Grievances Bill, 2011”, was introduced in the LokSabha in 2011, but it lapsed with the term of the last House.

The need of the hour is to identify delivery of services as a matter of right and bring legal provision for time bound delivery of services.
