The main places of cultural tourism have been shown in Fig. 11.21 Places of cultural tourism include Allahabad, Ajmer, Amarnath, Ayodhya, Badrinath, Bhadrachalam, Bhubaneshwar, Bodh (Jaya, Dwarka, Gangotri, Guwahati, Hardwar, Kanchipuram, Kedarnath, Kochi, Madurai, Mahabalipuram, beach temples of Mahabalipuram, (vii) beaches of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, (viii) beaches in Mumbai, (ix) Gopalpur (Odisha) (x) beaches of Lakshadweep, and (xi) beaches of Diu.
