♤ Uses: These types of orchids are mainly used as collector’s items but lady’s slipper is some times used today either alone or as a component of formulas intended to produce treat anxiety / insomnia (scientific
evidence is not present). This is also sometimes used topically as a poultice or plaster for relief of muscular pain.
