♤ Cut dieselization,

♤ Scale up integrated public transport,

♤ Facilitate walking and cycling,

♤ Tax polluting modes,

♤ Decide to implement Bharat Stage IV nationwide in 2015 and

♤ Euro VI in 2020 and

♤ Put controls on other pollution sources.
