♤ This is also refelcted in about US$ 35 billion annual remittances.

♤ Hajj- In 2017 India's Haj quota increased from 1,36,020 to 1,70,520.

♤ The Indian workers in Gulf countries face various issues:

o Delayed or non payment of Wages;

o Exit Visa issues;

o non-fulfilment of contracts;

o filing of false police cases etc
