3.2. Arguments in the Context of Irrelevance of NAM

NAM has been pronounced irrelevant increasingly since the end of Cold War and especially since the advent of the 21st century. In 2007 the then US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice advised India to “move past old ways of thinking” as the Non-Aligned Movement had lost its meaning.
